Speakers of Croydon are proud to have been asked to host the area’s Humorous and Table Topics contest for 2018.
This annual event will take place on 30 October and will see winning speakers from each of the four clubs in the area compete against each other for a place at the Division contest in November.

For the 2017 Humorous contest, Speakers of Croydon member Silmara Batista won club and area levels! We are so proud of her achievement, especially as English is not her first language. We are excited to see what results this year’s contest will bring!
